Client: Major Industrial Equipment Manufacturer

Problem:

  • Developed activity-based cost structure that maintained an audit trail to the ledger.
  • Isolated fixed and variable costs.
  • Assigned costs to work centers using work center complexity profiles and assigned fixed and variable costs to items.
